During summer months we cannot schedule ahead knowing we could
have last minute rentals. Memorial Day to Labor Day we will
not honor early check-in or late

A $75 Cleaning Fee, $35
Reservation Fee, 6% Hotel Tax and 4% Admin Fee are Applied on All
Rentals
